I founded Kainjoo to regroup and scale under one roof my expertise when it came to disrupt brands.
Kainjoo is a group of brand-tech focused companies, dedicated to regulated and complex industries such as pharmaceuticals companies.
With a unique set of competencies and a vision to disrupt healthcare for better patients outcomes, I led the company to be one of the fastest growing brands crafting firm in Europe.
May 2010 – May 2012
Smile Suisse is one of the largest digital marketing agency in Switzerland. By joining the firm in 2010, I brought my expertise in healthcare and built the Human Care division.
Along with the industry expertise, I provided expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing and brand strategy for key global accounts.
September 2008 – May 2010
My expertise in managing heavy regulated projets within EDF and the automotive industry spoused well the requirements of global clients like Novartis or Novo Nordisk.
With a hands-on experience on digital projects, I brought to the industry his expertise working as a freelancer in digital marketing campaigns naturally to direct-to-consumers ones in the US and the EU.
I also participated to the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk, supporting the development of massive programs from start to finish.
September 2007 – September 2008
As a french company preparing to opening its market, EDF tame the power of the web to boost its value proposition.
With a strong experience at building customer experiences using new channels, I quickly bridged the gap necessary between departments and acted as the glue between marketing, coms and IT.
The disruptive aspect of social media marketing led me to pilot one the very first campaigns of the sort in France.
September 2005 – September 2007
In parallel to my studies, I got a first job at an automative supplier, in the quality department.
By converging my development background and desire to learn and build new solutions for customers, I discovered the various applications of quality and processes at scale, and built new human-machine interface within production lines.
January 2000 – May 2010
Learning to code at 12, this is only at 16 that I understood this craft could be sold as a service. I did that in his home-town to then scale it to France where he started to work for small businesses but also various politicians campaigns.
After mastering web development and digital marketing campaigns, I participated actively in the development of open sources projects such as wordpress multi-site as well as developed various plugins to manage RSS feeds.

Passionate about behaviours change, Haider brought to himself a new wave of academic learnings with a master of science in Marketing, with market research as a major.

I believe in giving back to the community and as such I select entrepreneurs and teams I mentor and coach every year through various programs
