Morges, Switzerland (15 April 2026): Following a competitive paid pitch, Swiss life-sciences and marketing network Kainjoo has been selected by Adent Dental Clinics to set the strategic direction of its 2026 brand campaign and to act as its digital marketing advisor across French- and German-speaking Switzerland.
- Kainjoo won a competitive, paid pitch against rival agencies to lead Adent’s 2026 marketing and communication strategy.
- The mandate covers strategic campaign direction, offer repositioning and digital visibility for Adent’s 25+ clinics, delivered in English with campaign work localised in both French and German.
- Kainjoo leads strategy, creative and digital advisory and is now in build, working alongside Procab, which handles advertising.
Adent operates a Swiss dental network of more than 25 clinics across the country’s French- and German-speaking regions. The group asked agencies to build on the patient journey it had already defined, requesting a structured, measurable 2026 strategy that sharpens how it communicates its offering, lifts the visibility of each clinic region by region, and strengthens patient loyalty, always within the established Adent brand universe.
Kainjoo’s winning proposal answered that brief with what it calls a “brand-tech” approach. It reformulates a clear, differentiated value proposition for each language and region, and optimises an acquisition-and-retention funnel across digital and out-of-home channels. A governance framework built around shared KPIs and a live performance dashboard keeps the work measurable. The proposal pairs a digital-first posture with practical, deployable alternatives for Switzerland’s rural areas, a recognition that approaches built for the cities need local adaptation across the Röstigraben.
